Who We Are

What comes to mind when you consider human resources? If you think of stuffy corporate types who only exist to put rules in place and enforce them, you haven’t worked with the right HR team — and you certainly haven’t met BlueLion!

BlueLion makes HR work for everyone. When we say we’re not your typical HR company, we mean we actually do things differently. Our team has a combined experience of over 136 years, but in addition to our knowledge and experience, we take a fun, fearless, and authentic approach.

We are located in New England and servicing all of the United States.

    • You will not receive a login to a platform with an overwhelming amount of information to sift through
  • We are NOT a payroll company
    • We can support you on any platform you are currently using or help your team if you are going through a migration to a new platform.
  • We are NOT an insurance broker
    • Our team can assist you in making decisions when it comes to benefits and ensuring you have the right level of coverage for your business but we do not actually sell or write any policies.
